Any accident that occurs on board of the vessel should be investigated. The scope and depth of investigation usually depends on severity of the accident, but the basics for investigation and reporting remain the same.

In order to assist with any problems that our Assured may have, and for the purpose of prompt and efficient processing of a claim we would recommend to follow Para 2.1 -9.2 of Clause JH.009A as far as it practically possible.
